Things are moving along at great speed in the world of books, and ebooks have given everyone the opportunity to get into print and share their creativity with the rest of the world. Some people say it is a jungle out there as a result, but I prefer to think of it more as a meadow. Lots of grass, but many beautiful flowers as well.

The
Yellow Silk Dreams series is a growing collection of sexy novellas and short stories, by a wide variety of established writers.  The ebooks are unashamedly cheap and cheerful, but are quality enjoyment for less than the cost of a cup of coffee.

Buy one as an experiment. I'm sure you will be back for more... (Don't forget to select Kindle, pdf, epub for Nook, or MSR for MicroSoft Reader. All files are non-DRM and compatible with most readers. Contact Jacqueline if you have a problem.)

Wow!! I’m in my 60s, I’ve never read anything like this before and I must say I was initially a bit gobsmacked by the rather explicit detail in this little story of an intimate relationship. But as I kept reading I found myself beguiled into adding further imaginary elements of my own to an already titillating narrative! Can’t reveal the ending of course, but I hope there'll be a sequel very soon.  Jean Thomson

Light and the Darkness    by Eve McFadden

Erica Wellstone is a painter, and a witch. When her brother makes a bet with vampire Jordan Castle and then tries to skip out, Castle offers her a deal: she honors the bet, and her brother gets to live. The catch is that she must figure out the wager based on Castle's hints. Furious but anxious to protect her brother, she agrees. Jordan Castle can't figure out why he brought the witch to his home; she brings feelings he thought long dormant out into the light of day. When she's taken from him, he knows he'll stop at nothing to get her back, to bring the light back into his life, which has been dark for far too long.

-- One of the best, beautiful & unique story. Love it.
-- This was a very sweet and compelling story.
-- an amazing twist on a classic tale.

NEW!
The new erotic anthology Enchanted has just been released. An exciting and magical read.
Submit to Me!    by Gemma Parkes

David is about to discover how to please his demanding partner, Joseph takes pain with pleasure from a harsh Mistress, and Becky finds a kindred spirit with a lust for kinky Medieval sex...
     Indulgent, erotic and very sexy,
Submit to Me! is a trio of delicious stories of exotic sex from the pen and deliciously naughty imagination of Gemma Parkes.

Gemma Parkes is one of the brilliant young writers who are beginning to make their mark with fine erotic stories. In this arousing anthology, she explores some of the by-ways of kinky sex. Her characters certainly took me along with them on their adventures, and it is obvious that Gemma is an expert in the craft (and she writes well too!)

"I read this story at Halloween - very disturbing. Perhaps I should have read it on a warm sunny day instead! I particularly liked the way it ended, but I'll leave you to find that out for yourself." - Jacqueline George, author of  How To Make Wild Passionate Love To Your Man.

The Goblin Queen    by Chris Katyla

The Goblin Queen is an erotic twist on the classic tale of beauty and the beast, or is it? Amy was human until she willingly ate faerie food the year before and transformed into an elf. Now she’s left her friends to discover just what it means to be one of these mythical creatures.
Amy must learn her own true nature if she is to protect those she cares about. But how can she do that when her own humanity prevents her from embracing faerie magic?
Review
This book caught me by surprise. It introduces an unlikely heroine - Amy - and tells the story of her capture and imprisonment by goblins. What makes it all come alive is the way the author has created a new world for Amy and for us, all in fascinating detail. I suppose it is the mark of a good book that we can believe in it without forcing ourselves, and this one kept me turning pages without a break. A really good read. Jacqueline George

Jacqueline and a Sexy Year    by Jacqueline George
Jacqueline George is a great thinker about women, men and sex. She lives in the Far North of Australia, in a remote village on the shores of the Coral Sea. It seems she has plenty of time to philosophise about life and romance, and over the past year she has distilled wit, wisdom and the story teller’s art into this sparkling collection. Great fun to dip into, and there is something for everyone.
History, modern society, art and the chance to laugh at ourselves make this a good read, and a very unusual Christmas present. Possibly not a good present for your mother, unless she is as modern and fun-loving as Jacqueline!

Review - Fun, hot, exciting and very intriguing

Making Waves    by Gemma Parkes

Mandy knew that it would take more than a short holiday to a quiet seaside town to turn her struggling relationship with long time partner John into one of passion and honesty. But when help and advice was offered from a voyeuristic stranger by dubious means, it opened the floodgates to her inner desires and darkest fantasies.
Review
The young woman in this story seems to have reached a crossroads in her life where she has realized she's tired of suppressing her desires.
In comes a stranger, a "sex therapist", who changes all that for her, allowing her to embrace what she needs . I loved the twist at the end...

A Walk on the Wild Side    by Jacqueline George

In a surprising modern development, there has been a flurry of novel writing by women on gay romance. I don’t buy it. Most of the ones I have looked had have characters who might look like men, but are actually thinly disguised women at heart. Fine, if that’s what you enjoy. Walt Disney has its place in modern culture, but no-one takes it seriously.
Still, I am as curious about gays and their attitudes as anyone else. Also about that playing field of sex where the straight and the gay slip and merge into each other. Here are four stories that I hope are exciting and fun to read, and are also
The Real Thing.

Wow - this is a surprise. Jacqueline is certainly walking on the wild side with this book. Spicy stories and quite surprising. I think they will stay with me for a while!

Gypsy    by Jacqueline George

Down a disused Devon lane, Virginia discovers John, a handsome gypsy living in a traditional horse-drawn caravan, an idyllic piece of Old England. He has a dog and a horse, and makes baskets for a living, but there is more to him than first meets her eye. He is an educated man who has chosen a simple life. The more Virginia learns of him, the more interesting he becomes.

Romantic and hot
- thanks Jacqueline! I don't know anything about gypsies in England, and I thought the pretty caravans and horses had disappeared long ago. This story shows something different, with a gypsy man living with a foot in both worlds. He has a horse and caravan, but writes ebooks. He is also sexy, and can cook. A very romantic setting for this story, which get delightfully hot at the end. That's just Jacqueline, I suppose! Loved it!

Enchanted Jocelyn Modo, Gemma Parkes, Cindy Jacks, Jacqueline George

Enchanted is the second, long awaited anthology of erotic stories from Yellow Silk. Four of the best writers of modern erotic fiction have created a different story of the magical enchantment of love and passion. Excellent story telling, guaranteed to stimulate not just the mind. This anthology is strictly for romantic adults.

Passion and Mystery
Thank you Yellow Silk Dreams for collection of romantic stories that took me on a journey of passion, and mystery… I liked all the stories and my favourites were Spellbound by Jocelyn, and Jacqueline’s On a Summer’s Afternoon. I can’t wait for more stories... Aneta Horne, Townsville

Romantic, Sensual, Playful, Steamy...
...four stories from four different writers, each of whom has a very different take on what 'enchanted' means in an erotic tale.  I found Cindy's story full of romance, Gemma's to be a sensual treat and Jacqueline's to be playful, while Jocelyn's was simply steamy and hot.  Whatever flavour you're looking for - it's here.
